2. Lesson materials & licence
ESL lesson packs, slides, PDFs and worksheets are provided for use by the purchasing teacher in their own classes. Unless stated otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute or publish our materials. All intellectual property remains with Lessonly.
3. Free lessons & newsletter
Our free ESL lessons are delivered to teachers who sign up and consent to receive them by email. Signing up adds you to our newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
4. Purchases & payments
Paid lesson packs are sold at the prices shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Because materials are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The website and materials are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or materials.
